Description
Vilaflor is the highest village in Spain, at 1,400 metres, and the local cooking lives off what the volcanic land gives: potatoes, goat, honey, orchards and vines over 100 years old.
We do a walking tour of about four hours with four stops: a shepherd goat cheese, a family winery with a tasting of three wines, a village restaurant where we try wrinkled potatoes with mojo sauces, and a bakery with bienmesabe and almond liqueur.
The group is 10 people at most. It can be adapted for vegetarians and allergies if you tell us when booking.
